Registration

Registration is live on June 4, 2026! There has been a slight rate increase for the older ages but we have been able to keep prices for our younger players the same! You will have to create a crossbar account. This will be our app and communication platform. It is much smoother and will be a huge benefit for our program!  Remember you will need to obtain your players USA Hockey number prior to registration. There will be forms to fill out. For the medical form please just utilize the type boxes as it's hard to do check boxes on Docusign. You will also be required to upload a photo of your childs birth certificate. I know this may seem redundant but will help us in the long run and help us when having to make roster/binders for the season. Thank you all for being apart of AHAMP! Looking forward to a great competitive season. Also our registration for our fall kick off is open as well. This will be on Sundays in September to get the kids back in ice hockey shape!.
